Request an RMA
Log into your account or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and components are included.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outer shipping box or label and ship the package via a carrier of your choice with tracking enabled.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
